Indy came to North Star as an owner surrender. She was bounced around on Craig's List and finally ended up with a very nice couple who took her in to try to help her. They then contacted North Star and after going to evaluate her, I could NOT understand why anyone would want to give up this sweet and gentle girl.
She stayed with me for two weeks to get all her shots and to be spayed, and then a wonderful family that had already been approved to adopt and were just waiting for the right dog to come along, saw her and fell in love. Now Indy won't ever have to worry about being uprooted again. She has finally found a family that will love her forever. Thank you Colleen and Kevin for giving Indy the happy life she deserves!
